i run to the river and dive straight in, i pray that the water will drown out the din, but as the water fills my mouth, it couldnt wash the echoes out

i was just looking into my picture folder of musicians and i was just drawn to each of these pictures. let me explain (in numbers):

1. florence-i wasnt going to use a florence picture coz ive used all of them but then i saw this picture which i havent used before and its just so beautiful. i love the way florence performs. she also always paints her nails gorgeous dark shades which i get really excited about! is it weird to get excited about nails?! well kidsister (fourth picture) wrote a whole song about them so im not the only one!
2. eminem-i have been listening to the slim shady LP which i have to say is genius. i talked about it in the last post so if u wanna know more then scroll down!
3. how cute is this picture of la roux?!! shes one of the people who makes me proud to have short hair. she just looks soo cool and individual which is exactly what i want my short hair to look like but my hair is really shoulder length so its not quite the same!
4. kidsister-i just love her. shes just crazy and makes such great music. shes so upfront and has such great attitude. she just has so much energy, she really does remind me of pink even though her music is very different. im really having problems describing what i love about her shes just immense (i love that word!)
5. how great is bleached blonde hair on guys?! i dont like blond guys but bleached blonde is a whole other story. i loved eminem with his bleached hair. it just went with the whole 'dont give a fuck' attitude. mr hudsons bleached hair is a bit too neat for me. it looks like he touches it up every few weeks. i like it when it looks really in need of a touch up. sorry im so specific about these things. okay lets just forget blondes and keep to the black/brown haired boys!

so thats it for now and sorry if i dont check out your blogs but the school show is in less than a week so im soo stressed at the moment! x

i think this lyric really explains the point of mini skirts. its a killers lyric from an amazing song of theirs called midnight show which is on their first album hot fuss


so just a few music pictures. thats marina and the diamonds at the top with the gorgeous lipstick, then a florence picture. im totally obsessed with her album. i think my favourite song is cosmic love which is soo beautiful. and the last picture is mumford and sons who not only make amazing music but are gorgeous. i think the thing i like about mumford and sons is their songs are so sweet and sincere.
i have been so busy at the moment. ive got my gcse maths exam on the 5th and 10th of november so ive had a ton of homework getting ready for that and then ive been organizing this play for school and now my english as teacher has given us our coursework! im not one happy bunny!
just wanna say a happy birthday to my friend rivka who was 16 yesterday and a few girls made her some badges including one saying 'LEGAL!' thats so great isnt it! she didnt wear it but its so funny!

he is the beautiful boy who haunts my dreams who makes me scream who fucks up everything

i love brody (the guy with lauren above). really hes the sweetest guy on the hills. i dunno exactly what kind of story these pictures tell. i guess theyre all about beauty and they all sort of remind me of winter. but make youre own interpretation.
in school at the moment we are preparing a show for december and my friend is making a dance with eye of the tiger which is just such a classic song. i would love to do a dance to time is running out by muse but im doing the play so no dancing for me (im a rubbish dance so thats definitely a good thing!)
also if anyone english could help me that would be amazing coz i have to decide my a levels and i think i wanna do maths, physics, business studies and politics. it would be great to hear from someone whose done or is doing any of these subjects. the thing is i would love to work on the radio so then i should probably do media but its a really rubbish a level so anyone whose done that id love to know about that but also if media is useful. thanx a million and have a good night x
