writing songs/lyrics

i dont know about you but when a few years ago i started writing lyrics. i dont play an instrument so there was no music to them. just lyrics. i never really write them much now but i used to be obsessed! so i was just reading some of them this morning (and cringing abit!) but some of them were quite decent! ive never been into rhyming so not many of them rhyme (when they rhyme it just sounds too neat!) but here is one song i wrote (minus music):

CONFUSION

Why do we always want the wrong things?

Why do good girls love bad boys?

Why do we look at what we dont want to see?

Why do we change everything after hearing something so unimportant?
Why do small things change the world?

When you think you know yourself and you find out you dont

When you feel so confident and someone breaks it like this

And your left standing there, wanting to cry

Wanting to curl up and die

Whys life so hard?

Is it only me who wants to scream out for help?

Am i the only one who hates and loves something at the same time?

Why am i so confused about myself?

Why is life like this?
I need you

Every step is so fucking hard

I cant do this alone

I need you to help me get through

Each day, one day at a time

Coz your the only one who can do it

I guess this song sould really be called loneliness. its quite sad, sort of deep and hurt. i could tell you the story but i wanna leave it to your imaginations. coz i want you to understand this story inyour own terms. to make it your own.
